Court Files Vindicate Detroit Mom In Stand Off With Police: She Had Legal Authority To Stop Daughter’s Drugging

Note from CCHR:  Court documents now vindicate  Maryanne Godboldo in having every legal right to stop administering her daughter an antipsychotic drug documented by international drug regulatory agencies to cause agitation, aggression, cardiac arrest, fatal  blood clots, liver failure, mania, suicide and violence yet this did not stop the state from ordering an assault on this woman in her own home, complete with Swat Teams and a tank.  There can be no doubt that Child Protective Services were in violation of every legal and civil right this mother has to protect her daughter from harm, not to mention her fundamental right as a parent.   We’re not sure why this isn’t being investigated as kidnapping case, because Maryanne Godboldo’s daughter was for all intents and purposes, kidnapped under the authority of Child Protective Services.   We,  as a society, must stand up to the use of force in what our co-founder, Dr. Thomas Szasz calls “The Therapeutic State,” the alliance between psychiatry and government in exerting social control over citizens.  This is not an isolated incident of parents being pressured, coerced, threatened to administer drugs to their child, via “child protective services” on behalf of “the state.”

Detroit — A mother accused of medical neglect for refusing to give her daughter a prescribed drug had authority to halt treatment, court files indicate.
The “informed consent” form signed by Maryanne Godboldo, who sparked a debate over parents’ rights when her daughter was removed from her care March 25, authorized her to give her daughter, Ariana, the antipsychotic drug Risperdal.
“It has been explained to me that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time and can stop taking the medication at any time,” the form reads.
The agreement was signed June 3, 2010, by Godboldo and a psychiatrist associated with a children’s health organization that later complained to child welfare workers when Godboldo stopped giving her daughter the drug used in treatment of symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Lawyers for the 13-year-old’s mother and father will be in Wayne County Circuit Court Juvenile Division today attacking the validity of a petition obtained on a medical emergency claim by a county Child Protective Services worker to take the girl from her home by force March 25. Ariana has since been kept in a state facility for mentally ill juveniles.
The social worker’s efforts to take Ariana set off a 12-hour siege after armed police broke open a door at Godboldo’s west side home and a shot was fired. The 56-year-old mother and the girl’s father, Mubarak Hakim, 58, face neglect claims and attempts by state authorities to make the girl a ward of the court and possibly resumption of drug therapy. Godboldo also is charged separately with criminal assault and resisting and opposing the three Detroit Police officers who entered her home.
The case has drawn nationwide attention from groups advocating parents’ rights, concerns about the safety of childhood immunizations and use of psychotropic drugs, and those opposed to government intrusion on personal decisions.
Godboldo has said her daughter’s problems began in 2009, after she took a cocktail of immunizations to catch up with requirements to switch from homeschooling to a regular school environment. Godboldo, who believes her daughter’s problems are from encephalitis caused by a severe reaction to the immunizations, has said drug therapy worsened her daughter’s behavior. Godboldo has said she sought a “holistic’ alternative with the help of another doctor.
The form was signed by Dr. Rajendra Kanneganti, a psychiatrist associated with the Children’s Center of Wayne County. The treatment plan resulted from a mental health assessment of then 12-year-old Ariana after she was found by police wandering naked in her neighborhood last Memorial Day weekend.

The document, signed by the mother on behalf of her minor child, says, “I understand that I will not be forced to take this medication and that I can stop taking it at anytime. I also understand that discontinuation of prescribed medication without consultation with my doctor could cause my condition to worsen.”

“I think that document proves our case,” said Godboldo’s lawyer, Wanda Evans. “She understood she had a right to stop giving the medication. If you sign an informed consent that says you can stop, and you stop, you did the right thing, and CPS (Child Protective Services) is just being nasty.”

Kanneganti did not respond to a Detroit News telephone call.
A legal expert said the signed document might not carry much weight in court.
“In this case you do have these countervailing rights and obligations and they are difficult to assess,” said John Pirich, professor at Michigan State University College of Law. “But, in practice, a court usually looks first at the health, safety and welfare of the child.”
The News obtained access earlier this week to the previously withheld court file. The file was made available only after a lawyer for The News reminded officials that court files are open to the public under Michigan law.
The original petition to remove the child was obtained by case worker Mia Wenk, two weeks on the assignment, who expressed frustration with Godboldo’s lack of cooperation in her investigation of accusations of medical neglect from at least four sources, including the Children’s Center.
Evans said Godboldo consulted another doctor before weaning her daughter from the drug.
“Our intention is to begin an evidentiary hearing (today) on why the girl was removed from the home,” Evans said. “On what authority did they (Protective Services) act when it is a parent’s responsibility to make these decisions?”
Wayne County Child Protective Services workers last week filed an expanded explanation of claims. It quotes the clinical director of the facility where Ariana is being held, saying the girl, “may have a severe case of childhood onset schizophrenia, which would require medication for her to be treated properly.”
However, Assistant Attorney General David Law, representing Protective Services in court last week, said there was no current emergency need to medicate the girl.

Hopi prophecy 2012 Rare video

I found it very weird to watch it 23 years later and see how much the world had changed. I'll bet the man is still alive. He can definitely understand it now better than in 1986.

The Hopi maintain a complex religious and mythological tradition stretching back over centuries. However, it is difficult to definitively state what all Hopis as a group believe. Like the oral traditions of many other societies, Hopi mythology is not always told consistently and each Hopi mesa, or even each village, may have its own version of a particular story. But, "in essence the variants of the Hopi myth bear marked similarity to one another." It is also not clear that those stories which are told to non-Hopis, such as anthropologists and ethnographers, represent genuine Hopi beliefs or are merely stories told to the curious while keeping safe the Hopi's more sacred doctrines. As folklorist Harold Courlander states, "there is a Hopi reticence about discussing matters that could be considered ritual secrets or religion-oriented traditions." David Roberts continues that "the secrecy that lies at the heart of Puebloan [including Hopi] life...long predates European contact, forming an intrinsic feature of the culture." In addition, the Hopis have always been willing to assimilate foreign religious ideas into their cosmology if they are proven effective for such practical necessities as bringing rain. As such, it is important to note that the Hopi had at least some contact with Europeans beginning the 16th century, and some believe that European Christian traditions may have entered into Hopi cosmology at some point. Indeed, Spanish missions were built in several Hopi villages starting in 1629 and were in operation until the Pueblo Revolt of 1680. However, after the revolt, it was the Hopi alone of all the Pueblo tribes who kept the Spanish out of their villages permanently, and regular contact with whites did not begin again until nearly two centuries later. The Hopi mesas have therefore been seen as "relatively unacculturated" at least through the early twentieth century, and it may be posited that the European influence on the core themes of Hopi mythology was slight.

 During my twelve years service as a Judge, I always insisted on the truth and placed justice above law and order! 

 More evidence of our Slavery is as follows:

a) The primary control and custody of infants is with the corporate state government through the filing of government issued Birth Certificates, which are held in a State Trust and therein each applicant is recorded under the Department of Transportation as a State owned Vessel and financial asset. A government issued Birth Certificate was never needed as proof of birth because a baptismal record or a family bible entry of birth was and is an exception to hearsay and constitutes legal proof of birth! Had your parents never applied for a government issued Birth Certificate, none of the Federal or State Statutes, Codes or Regulations in place, would be enforceable against you, and no government official or agency could ever tell you how to raise your children; declare you an unfit parent, or take your children away from you! We all made fun of the Amish of Pennsylvania and yet the government cannot touch them because they do not participate in anything these corporate governments have to offer. The title to their land is recorded as an Ecclesiastical Trust. The Vatican (the Holy Roman Church) actually owns all the land, territories and insular possessions called America and as long as the Amish remain an Ecclesiastical Trust and remain a passive Christian Society, the Vatican will protect them. The Holy Roman Church possesses the power to protect or crush anyone and anything! [See: Tillman v. Roberts, 108 So. 62 [and] Title U. S. C. 7701 [and] 18 U. S. C. Section 8].

b) Social Security is not a Trust or Insurance policy or Insurance against disability. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that Social Security is a government giveaway program funded by a government Tax; which is why and how the Congress can periodically dip into the assets of the fund anytime they want and never have to pay it back! The back of the Social Security card states that the card is the property of the government and not you! Your birth name appears on the front of that card and has been modified, the same way as your birth certificate; from upper and lower case letters to all capital letters, pursuant to the U. S. Government Printing Manual, which instructs government agencies on how to subtly convert a living man into a corporation. The actual Director of our Social Security Fund and Administration is the Queen of England and from which she is paid a generous salary. Your Social Security Card is issued by the United Nations through the International Monetary Fund and your Social Security Number is actually your International Slave Number! On the reverse side of that card is an “E” letter followed by eight numbers. That is a “cusip” number, which is required on all securities! Yes! You have been converted into a marketable security, like a bond, and your person was offered for sale and sold to domestic and foreign corporate investors!

c) A Marriage License Application is a request to your “Masters” for permission to marry.

If you ever had any claim of sovereignty before that date; you lost it completely when you applied for and married under a marriage license. Sovereignty means: “To assert ones independence and to claim to be self-governing.” The license isn’t necessary and never has been because a marriage has always been just a contract, witnessed by God, between a man and a woman! Who told you that you must apply for a license? It is the official you chose to conduct your ceremony? The official just happens to be a licensed government official and his license prevents him from conducting marriage ceremonies without the issuance of a marriage license. Did Moses or Jesus ever say or profess that a marriage is not recognized by God, without a license?

Here’s the Fraud behind the License:

Those who apply for and marry pursuant to a marriage license have now added a third party to their marriage contract! The third party is the Master, by and through his Agent, the Corporate State. The marriage license bestows the State with the legal right to decide the fate of the husband, wife and the possessions they procured during their marriage, should the marriage fail. Their divorce must now be decided by and through the States Corporate Court by a Corporate Judge, and the Judges first and foremost concern is the “interest of the State.” The interest of the bride and groom is now secondary. [See: VanKosten v. VanKosten, 154 N.E. 146]. A comment by the Judge deciding this divorce says it all! “The ultimate ownership of all property is the State: individual so called ownership is only by virtue of government, [i.e.] laws amounting to mere use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the state.” [Also See: Senate Document No. 43 of the 73rd Congress, 1st Session] and [Brown v. Welch, U.S. Superior Court].

d) The term “license” is defined in law as, “A permit to do something illegal.” [See: Blacks Law Dictionary, 6th or 7th Edition]. Therefore, all licenses are permits to violate the only real law! Inalienable rights are the rights bestowed upon all living men, by God at birth! All other laws are subordinate to God’s law. The controlling government wants us to rely on their laws, so they demand that we apply for a license! Another example is a “Drivers License.” It is your God given right to travel the roadways of this nation and no government has any right to restrict, tax or license your pursuit of happiness! The only exception is a Driver of a Commercial Vehicle. The governments have a right to regulate Commerce, which means trade. Anyone operating a vehicle in Commerce must be licensed but all others are absolutely free to travel without one! The foreign Agents in power have changed the common meanings of words to encapsulate and control every Sovereign. They succeed in this intimidation through the corporate courts and police enforcement by officers who have been brainwashed and reinforced by mandatory training programs.

e) The use of “Trusts” by the Masters and their Agents; is for a good reason! A Trust by law is secret and neither the Masters nor their agents [the Corporate Government and Courts] can be compelled to expose the rules or regulations of the Trust and those regulations can change with the wind, without notice to the participants! [See: The Law of Trusts].

f) Slaves cannot own property. Look at the Deed to your home. You are identified as the[Tenant] of the property and never the Owner and your Local and State land tax is actually a “rent or use fee” assessed by the State for the lease on the land. You gave them the land after closing via your Lawyer. Did he ever tell you that?

After closing, your Lawyer recorded the deed with the Court. The law only suggests recording the deed, it doesn’t mandate it! Upon recording, you gave the land back to the State, who then leases it back to you for as long as you live there! Isn’t that where you have constructed your home, your castle? I’m paying for it, doesn’t that make the land mine, you ask? If you fail to pay the States assessed “rent or use fee,” which has been cleverly disguised as a direct state tax; you will be evicted from your castle and land, and the state will take title and sell your home under commercial law. Commercial Law ordains that, “Anything permanently attached, is retained by the owner!” Who is the owner of the land? Why the State because you so graciously donated it to them. Oh, I almost forgot; your Lawyer receives a fee from the State for recording your deed for their use and benefit! How do you feel about your lawyer now? Didn’t you pay him to represent “your interests” at the closing? Now you see why lawyers are the brunt of numerous jokes and have such a poor reputation! Its because they deserve it!

g) Foreclosures are nothing more than evictions, based on a different kind of fraud. The illusion of a debt [Mortgage] that never existed! No individual or family who has beenforeclosed on and evicted from their home in the United States is legal! The only exception to this is owner-financing! Other than owner-financing, the people who purchased their homes through a Mortgage Company, actually owned their homes “completely” on the day of the closing. The real legal definition of a “closing” means that all legal interest as to title is concluded. [See: any reputable Dictionary from the 1800's]. The definition has been changed by our government lawyers to conceal the fraud.

[Explanation of the above statement]

First you must know that the federal government took America off the gold standard in 1933, during a staged bankruptcy called the “Great Depression” and replaced the gold with an economic principle known as,“Negotiable Debt Instruments.” [YES, THE GREAT DEPRESSION WAS STAGED!] The government needed to create a catastrophe to implement standards that were designed to steal your possessions and God-given rights! The process of creating a catastrophe was discovered by behaviorists! Take away a persons food, comfort and safety long enough and they won’t care or question the illusion provided, as long as their stomach is full, they have shelter, a comfortable bed and the means (real or imagined) to keep or continue their comfort!

President Roosevelt unconstitutionally collected America’s gold by Executive Order and sold it to the Vatican by way of China, to conceal its true ownership. The gold in Fort Knox belongs to the Vatican and not the United States! Absent a gold base, Commerce now essentially trades in “debts.” So if you borrowed money for a Mortgage and there’s no gold or real value to support the paper called U. S. Currency; what did you actually borrow? Factually, you borrowed debt! The Mortgage Company committed the ultimate fraud against you because they loaned you nothing to pay off the imaginary balance, not even their own debt instruments. They then told you that you owe them the unpaid balance of your home and that you must pay them back with interest, in monthly installments!

Here’s how they did it.

At your Closing, the Mortgage Company had you sign a “Promissory Note” in which you promised your sweat, your equity, full faith and credit against an unpaid balance. Then without your knowledge, the Mortgage Company sold your Promissory Note (your credit) to a Warehousing Institution such as, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. The Warehousing Institution uses your Promissory Note (your credit) as collateral and generates loans to other people and corporations with interest. Collateral is essential to a corporation because corporations have no money or credit. They’re not real, they’re a fiction and require the sweat, the equity, the full faith and credit of living individuals to breathe and sustain the life of the corporation. Corporate Governments operate under the same principle.

The Warehousing Institution makes money off the “Promissory Note” (your credit) and even though the profits made are nothing more than new (Negotiable Debt Instruments), those instruments still have buying power in a (Negotiable Debt Economy). These debt instruments are only negotiable because of the human ignorance of the American people and the human ignorance of people in other countries of the World, who have all been lied to, told this has value, and the people don’t know the difference!

Did you ever give your permission to the Mortgage Company to sell your credit? So where is your cut of the profits? If the Mortgage Company invested nothing of their own in the purchase of your home, why are you making a monthly Mortgage payment to them with interest? And where do they get off foreclosing on or against anyone or threatening to foreclose? They do it by fraud and the Masters and their Agents (the governments, the courts and the banks) all know it! Everything done to us and against us is about sustaining their lives, the lives of the corporate governments they command and to keep ”We the People” under their complete control! They accomplish this control by taking away or threatening to take away your comfort and independence! They all use fraudulent means, disguised as law!

Note: When you applied for a Mortgage, the Mortgage Company ran a credit check on you and if you had a blemish on your credit record, they charged you points (money) to ease their pain and lighten the risk (a credit risk) of their loaning you a Mortgage! More Fraud!

Why are you paying points, when they never loaned you a dime! The credit report is just another scam. If you have a high credit report, the government and banks identify you as an “Obedient Slave” and yet your “Promissory Note” sold for the same value as the “Promissory Note” endorsed by the man who is (a credit risk)! Credit didn’t matter. The fact that you are a living person is what matters!

More Fraud:

The Mortgage Company maintains two sets of books regarding your Mortgage payments. The local set of books, is a record that they loaned you money and that you agreed to repay that money, with interest, each month. The second set of books is maintained in another State office, usually a Bank because the Mortgage Companies usually sell your loan contract to a Bank and agree to monitor the monthly payments in order to conceal the fraud! In the second set of books, your monthly Mortgage Payment is recorded by the bank as a savings deposit because there is no real loan! When you pay off the fraudulent mortgage, the Bank waits (90) days and then submits a request to the IRS. The request states: “That someone, unknown to this facility; deposited this money into our facility and has abandoned it! May we keep the deposit?” The IRS always gives their permission to the bank to keep the deposit and your hard earned money just feathered the nest of the Rockefeller, Rothschild and eleven other wealthy families in the world!

Equity Law, which once controlled Americas’ Corporate Courts, has been replaced with Admiralty/Maritime Law, pursuant to Title 28 of the United States Code and the Judiciary Act of 1789. This is the Law of Merchants and Sailors.Under Admiralty/Maritime Law; the Courts presume you owe the Mortgage or the Tax or that you committed a crime defined as a Criminal Statute and it is your obligation to prove you’re innocent! (This means, you’re guilty until you prove you’re innocent), which is the same standard and procedure used in a Military Court Martial. Haven’t we always been told that, “You are innocent – until proven guilty?” Lies, Lies and more Lies!

We are not free men; we are slaves, and bound to our Masters by adhesion contracts and secret Trusts. The goal of the Masters and their (agents) our elected officials, is to keep the people oppressed and subservient to them! As the Masters agents, they utilize propaganda techniques through government controlled schools; churches; the media and mind control by force and or the threat of force through the courts and police enforcement! Police officers in America have been pumped full of more bullshit than a manure spreader and because of their trust, public school conditioning and training, they haven’t the ability to see what is going on! Many have been conditioned by previous military service, not to think for themselves but just follow orders, which makes many of them as dangerous as a Terrorist! Now ask yourself; who are the real Terrorists in America? Guess what; “the Constitution isn’t for the Police either” and still they are forced to swear an oath to defend it!” The more regulations, statutes and codes created, and the greater the number of regulatory officers and agencies created to enforce them; the greater the Masters control over their Slaves and that is mind control by force and threat of force, by the very people we rely on, to protect and serve!

At some point in history the foreign Agents in control of our Federal Government, decided that they needed to create Federal Police Agencies to protect them! I can’t blame them! If I was a part of a conspiracy that could result in the American people hanging me for Treason, I’d want bodyguards too! Now, if you are one of these public officials; how do you justify the employment and expense of bodyguards, when nobody is trying to injure you, and you don’t want anyone to know that you are committing Treason? Instead of confessing your motives; you must find a way to accomplish your objective and blame it on someone else! HENCE: The birth of a bad law,

The Volstead Act and the beginning of ”Prohibition!”

Enterprising people began to make money and others organized. Those who organized became mobs and when the mobs began killing each other, the free lance boot-legers and innocent people in drive by shootings; our federal officials sat back and enjoyed the show! They did absolutely nothing until the public was literally breaking down the doors of the Capitol Building: [Just like they had planned it!] The FBI existed before this time. They were a small investigative unit under the Attorney Generals Office. The Agents had no arrest powers and were prohibited from carrying guns. Their only authority was to investigate federal employees and make reports to the attorney general, who then decided if the matter was serious enough to concern the government and whether to prosecute the employee! The FBI was eventually armed, expanded and provided national jurisdiction to fight the gangsters! None of which would have been necessary had it not been for The Volstead Act! Slowly, the agency has grown into the giant it is now and ironically; the Legislature never authorized their expansion. Everything was done by the AG administratively! Where does it say in the Constitution that a federal employee has the authority to create law, create a police authority or expand a current one?

Do you see how our government has circumvented the restrictions placed upon them by the Constitution and manipulated the American people? Every catastrophe, calamity or disaster has been planned and financed by our so-called public representatives with an ulterior motive in mind. The creation of Homeland Security was done in the same way! A Terrorist attack was staged by hired men having connections to the Middle East. I’m not going to go into the conspiracy, other than to say that President Bush and the FBI were as guilty as the men who high-jacked the commercial airplanes! The director of the FBI confessed to the Congress of his Agencies involvement under Presidential Order. He was relieved of his position and Congress took no action against President Bush and the media did not report any of this to the American people! Treason charges were filed against President Bush,Vice-President Cheney and the FBI by a two star General from the Pentagon and no action has ever been taken and nothing was ever reported to the American public, upon the orders of President Obama.

This was just another government catastrophe designed to make you (the public) beg the government to come to your aid and protect you! Each time one of these catastrophe’s are staged; our representatives steal more of our liberty and freedom from us, but America doesn’t care because now they feel safe once again! And that’s what these foreign Agents want us to believe and feel! We complain today that government has eroded our rights! It’s true because we were lied to directly and indirectly and told to believe something other than truth! The correct term here is: “Propaganda” and all government controlled entities and institutions mentioned,are quite expert in the use of it! When I was a child; during a period labeled “the Cold War;” I remember my teacher’s telling the class how expert the Communists are in the use of “propaganda!” I can say now with absolute certainty that no one is as expert as the American government! In fact I believe that our government officials taught the World! 


I don’t blame my teachers. Most of them were subjected to and spoon fed the same propaganda under direction of these foreign Agents and corporate entities that now employ them. Our teachers are simply spoon feeding our children with the same propaganda that was fed to them! Naturally, if a teacher becomes too creative and steps outside the box, or thinks outside the box, the penalty for such creativity is the termination of employment,their future profession and benefits! Generally, the reason used for termination is: “Failure to adhere to the established curriculum and or meet the needs of this establishment!” Who established the needs and curriculum? Pontius Pilate’s Description of Jesus From a letter to Caesar, and Native people's descriptions...

EDITOR’S NOTE: The following physical descriptions of Jesus are from letters written to Tiberius Caesar during the lifetime of Jesus. The first was written by Pontius Pilate. The English translation is in Appendix A of the book "The Resurrection Tomb." According to the author E. Raymond Capt, who has archaeological credentials in the U.S.A. and Scotland, a copy of the letter is in the Congressional Library in Washington. “A young man appeared in Galilee preaching with humble unction, a new law in the name of the God that had sent him. At first I was apprehensive that his design was to stir up the people against the Romans, but my fears were soon dispelled. Jesus of Nazareth spoke rather as a friend of the Romans than of the Jews. One day I observed in the midst of a group of people a young man who was leaning against a tree, calmly addressing the multitude. I was told it was Jesus. This I could easily have suspected so great was the difference between him and those who were listening to him. His golden colored hair and beard gave to his appearance a celestial aspect. He appeared to be about 30 years of age. Never have I seen a sweeter or more serene countenance. What a contrast between him and his bearers with their black beards and tawny complexions! Unwilling to interrupt him by my presence, I continued my walk but signified to my secretary to join the group and listen. Later, my secretary reported that never had he seen in the works of all the philosophers anything that compared to the teachings of Jesus. He told me that Jesus was neither seditious nor rebellious, so we extended to him our protection. He was at liberty to act, to speak, to assemble and to address the people. This unlimited freedom provoked the Jews—not the poor but the rich and powerful. “Later, I wrote to Jesus requesting an interview with him at the Praetorium. He came. When the Nazarene made his appearance I was having my morning walk and as I faced him my feet seemed fastened with an iron hand to the marble pavement and I trembled in every limb as a guilty culprit, though he was calm. For some time I stood admiring this extraordinary man. There was nothing in him that was repelling, nor in his character, yet I felt awed in his presence. I told him that there was a magnetic simplicity about him and his personality that elevated him far above the philosophers and teachers of his day. All in all, he made a deep impression upon me and everyone because of his kindness, simplicity, humility and love. “Now, Noble Sovereign, these are the facts concerning Jesus of Nazareth and I have taken the time to write you in detail concerning these matters. I say that such a man who could convert water into wine, change death into life, disease into health; calm the stormy seas, is not guilty of any crime. Your most obedient servant, Pontius Pilate” Appendix B of the same book provides another description of Jesus. According to the author, it was written by Publius Lentrelus, a resident of Judea, to Tiberius Caesar in Rome. Capt says the earliest copy he could find was in the writings of St. Anselm of Canterbury in the 11th century. “There lives at this time in Judea a man of singular virtue whose name is Jesus Christ, whom the barbarians esteem as a prophet, but his followers love and adore him as the offspring of the immortal God. “He calls back the dead from the graves and heals all sorts of diseases with a word, or touch. He is a tall man, well-shaped, and of an amiable and reverend aspect; his hair of a color that can hardly be matched, falling into graceful curls, waving about and very agreeable crouching upon his shoulders, parted on the crown of the head, running as a stream to the front after the fashion of the Nazarites. His forehead high, large and imposing; his cheeks without spot or wrinkle, beautiful with a lovely red; his nose and mouth formed with exquisite symmetry; his beard, and of a color suitable to his hair, reaching below his chin and parted in the middle like a fork; his eyes bright blue, clear and serene. Look innocent, dignified, manly and mature. In proportion of body most perfect, and captivating; his arms and hands delectable to behold. “He rebukes with majesty, councils with mildness, his whole address whether in word or deed, being eloquent and grave. No man has seen him laugh, yet his manners are exceedingly pleasant, but he has wept frequently in the presence of men. He is temperate, modest and wise. A man for his extraordinary beauty and perfection, surpassing the children of men in every sense.” Ancient Native American legends describe Jesus...

Archaeologist L. Taylor Hansen spent 25 years gathering Native American legends about a mysterious pale God-like healer and teacher who visited tribes throughout the Western Hemisphere about 2000 years ago. The legends predate the arrival of the White Race and yet they seem to describe Jesus. Hansen compiled the legends in a 1963 book titled “He Walked the Americas.” Here are a few physical descriptions from the legends: MAORI OF POLYNESIA: "As the spot of white came closer, they saw in amazement that this was a Fair God, man-like in form, but unlike their people. Matthew’s Message: 8th May 2011: DNA manipulation; Osama Bin Laden deception; Mother’s Day

1. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. So long ago as to be incalculable in linear time, humankind's cellular make-up was crystalline and had as many as 24 DNA strands. Through the ages the dark ones manipulated that genetic make-up in some populations by reducing the light within cells until they were carbon and had only two strands of DNA. The dark ones succeeded in producing civilizations with weakened immune systems susceptible to all kinds of diseases, a greatly shortened lifespan, total loss of spiritual clarity, and severely limited brain capacity. That vast diminishment in health, longevity, spiritual awareness and intelligence has long been the lot of people in third density worlds.

2. All of this is known to souls living in spirit, so why would any choose to be born into a third density civilization time and time and time again? They do so because in other incarnations they succumbed to rather than surmounted the rampant fear, ignorance, deception and warring that are the cornerstones of dark control. Each time they choose to complete third density karmic lessons in roles agreed upon with all others who want to share the lifetime so all can achieve balanced experiencing and start back up the ladder spiritually and intellectually. Each time the souls are convinced that this time in personage they will retain the light with which all infants come.

3. However, time and again their determination to successfully maneuver through a world where darkness flourishes became mired in the actuality of living in those low density conditions. Thus for millennia Earth's residents unwittingly have been captives of the lies perpetrated and perpetuated by on-planet puppets of the dark forces. Always a few persons did heed messages from soul level and spoke the truth, but their voices were cut short or their information was distorted, and deception and the massive negativity issued from it continued to reign.

4. About seven decades past in your timing, Earth cried out for help to end that destructive cycle. In response, the highest universal council created the master plan for her transition out of third density and the return to fifth, where Earth's soul originated and remained even as the accumulating negativity caused her body to spiral downward. The plan included the joint efforts of evolved beings from other civilizations with selected persons on Earth and a timetable for the planet to be out of third density, the end of your year 2012. Even though time—which in reality is the prevailing energy frequency—is passing more quickly by the day, Earth's timely arrival at the threshold of what was named her Golden Age is certain.

5. This is not the case for her residents who still are inured to believing and acting in accordance with whatever is told them repeatedly by "authorities." The numbers of those who are light-receptive are increasing; however, through ignorance of truths, many others are still "in the dark." In her love for all of her residents, Earth wants every one to accompany her into fourth density, but to do so, they must accept the light that will enable their physical survival in the higher frequencies that the planet is fast approaching.

6. On and off-planet members in the vanguard of the light forces, who know that a great deal must be accomplished rapidly, agreed that it must begin with the emergence of truths so the peoples will demand the changes that have been formulated to achieve a transformed and peaceful world. The members agreed that no time can be wasted in disclosing the truths that the Illuminati have kept hidden by assassinating knowledgeable persons or ridiculing them into professional oblivion and labeling anyone who believes them a "conspiracy theorist."

7. The members also agreed that something dramatic was required to get the peoples' attention; however, because it is your world, it was up to your leaders to decide what that would be. Announcing that members of other civilizations are among you required resolving myriad details before it could be properly presented, and the suggestion that all truths be told straightforwardly was vetoed because there was no agreement as to which should be revealed first—in essence, which finger should be pulled out of the dike. Some felt that would best be achieved by announcing the death of Osama bin Laden, the officially accused mastermind of "9/11." They felt that announcement could be veered into exposing the truth about the horrific events of that day almost ten years ago, and it would eliminate fear in the people who believe what they so often have been told: No one is safe as long as bin Laden is alive.

8. Only when that suggestion was raised did some in the group, including US President Obama, know for certain that the man had been dead for almost a decade, and those few vehemently denounced the suggestion. But since no one had any other idea that would get the attention of the world, the majority voted to "kill bin Laden" and later publicly explain why that story was released.

9. It can be argued that deception to achieve a positive goal is "better" than deception to embark upon a negative goal. It is not our desire or our purpose to judge the decision, much less judge those who made it, but only to relate the information given us by Earth's monitors in Nirvana. They do not know how the explanation for the decision will come because the responsible parties are still discussing strategies for the next steps.

10. Regardless of how this plays out, by the end of next year, the light will have vanquished all darkness on Earth—this has been assured from the beginning of her ascension. You can best serve in your capacity as lightworkers by neither condoning nor condemning the bin Laden story, but rather by adding your light to its intention—to speed disclosure of all truths so reforms also can come swiftly. And for those leaders who know the greater urgency, the intention is for all persons to have the opportunity to embrace the light within truth before it is too late for them to physically go along with Earth if they chose that journey in their soul contracts.

11. Today is Mother's Day in many countries around your world. We join you in honoring these souls who agreed to accept the most demanding of lifelong responsibilities.

12. The love of all light beings throughout this universe is reinforcing your light, and many of God's emissaries are walking with you side by side.

Ouch

If your head feels like lead, your heart is on fire, and your body is a mockery of a marshmallow...then welcome to the full integration of head-heart-body.

If I may still indulge in polarity for a moment, I have what feels like very good news and very bad news.  The good news is that I have been told that this month is the month that the frontrunners of new-human consciousness complete the upgrade to the new-human prototype, the final transformation into mind/body/soul integrated existence.

The bad news is that I think its going to hurt like hell.

I definitely hope I'm wrong here, but the pains of labor have been p-r-e-t-t-y intense since May began and it doesn't feel as though it will let up anytime soon.  The unseens say otherwise…that the middle of May will bring some reprieve...tho they also admit that this month will be a very "physically focused" one.  This is what I heard: every single cell of your played-out bodies will continue, unremittingly, to throb in the writhing pain of cellular mutation.  Until forever.


Physical Integration

"What we would like to bring forth out of all of this is the realization that those who are on the path to oneness have arrived at a deep place of physical integration, a crosspoint in all intersecting layers of perceptual reality that are now woven into the cellular tapestry of the new human form." -Seven Sisters

If April was a month of reassessing, redirecting and resetting, then May is a month of integrating, mutating and morphing. During the last several weeks, all those parts of ourselves that needed to be reclaimed were revealed to each of us (in mostly odious ways) during that never ending Mercury retrograde cycle. Mercury is finally leaving its shadow station, and we are coming out of a very long and productive inward phase where we released & cleared lifetimes of human/genetic karmic debris... however, with so much growth in such a short period of time, our cells still need the time/space to shift and align with our new level awareness. 

Because of all the inner-work we completed last month we are experiencing a profound deepening..an unmistakable soul recognition is taking place, a growing awareness of home that is filling every cell of our bodies.  Literally.

Right now we are adjusting and releasing another round of remaining density so as to align with the harmonious energies of the new-human form, and it does NOT feel good, but as we continue to come into alignment with the vibration of our complete, purified, core selves, our bodies will adjust and release, adjust and release, and the end result will be a perfected physical vessel…the physical representation of our divine-human blueprint.

"Mid-May will provide you with forward moving momentum, the key will be in how well your body is able to assimilate these energies.  If you are hanging on to unresolved issues from the past, forward movement will be halted to the extent that you are willing to let go.  The physical symptoms of mutation may continue to plague you, but only until you are fully released from the past, firmly situated in the present, and focused on moving into the future.  Trust in your body's intelligence and it will show you the way home." -Seven Sisters


New-Human Health

"If we had to define health in the new human form, we would say this: harmony.  Rather, we would change the word health to harmony." -Seven Sisters

No doubt we are in a nasty funk…we have been knocked down for weeks with symptoms, and tired in ways that mimic the beginning of our journeys.  This deep fatigue is present in every tissue, organ, muscle and bone of our bodies…even our blood is tired….but up until now, none of it has made any cognitive sense. 

The unseens say that all of this is because we are literally changing physical form and our bodies are using all of our vitality to morph…that we are emerging from our proverbial cocoons.  Tho the butterfly analogy is relentlessly overused, it is also very poignant in the sense that we are actually changing from one physical expression to another, from the inside out….and just like the butterfly, our release from restriction is timed with the greater cycles of creation.  (groovy butterfly metamorphosis vid HERE...should make you feel right at home)

Whenever we go thru these intense periods of physical transformation, its important to remember the magnitude of change we are undergoing….that the transition we are morphing thru is not an incremental (linear) healing that is taking place as in old-paradigm holistic constructs where we "peel back the layers of the onion" to reveal our core.  Contrary to that, biological ascension (reconnection) requires that we access our core selves first, in order to effectuate true and lasting change on every level of our being and in every area of our lives. 

This is also why, for those on the ascension path, no individual healing modality can take us to full symptom cure…not only because these modalities are external, but because true health is not established thru healing, but thru remembering…aligning with…our divine state of wellness.  The difference is in the focus.

In other words, the ascension process does not bring us from bad to better (linear), but from from limitation to freedom (quantum).  The result is in the lasting effects, but the process is WAY more comprehensive…which is ultimately why the starseed warriors were designed to go first…so all you freakishly courageous souls could fully display the results of such self-inflicted torture.

This fiercely independent group stepped up as the biological beta-testers for the new-human prototype and now these groups are finally (tho slowly) coming out of the beta (metamorphic) phase and are soon to be fully functional 2.0's as we near the end of the massive inner-journey and embark upon the final phase of our physical transition to the "other side".  (NOTE**Keep in mind that tho we are emerging, our wings still need time to harden before we can take flight, so patience is still required.)

The unseens have always said that physical health would be the last to arrive, but they are making it clear that this will not be health like we have ever known before. Health is such a broad topic that perspective matters here, but they really want us to "get it", that this state of completeness is far superior to physical well being.  They describe new human health as "an amalgamation of circular patterns of bliss…heightened, creative energies that flow uninterrupted and are interconnected, yet independent of each other...energies that transmit and communicate to each other in a harmonic and effortless way, free of the separation-based discordance that breaks the flow of vital life force in lower dimensional consciousness."

They also share that the human 2.0 christed-edition will be malleable, spontaneous, self-contained and light in its movement…they call this the "ultimate state of physical existence" and one that will require less maintenance than the older (3d) model. ohthankgawd.

Because the new-human form works with crystalline magnetics in the fluid form fields, we will be tapping into a new circuitry board, one that is built into the new grid and contains the codes required for our physical participation with conscious co-creation.

With the upgrades complete, our ability to adapt to energy will apparently be remarkable and our new-human vessel will enable us to not only feel good...novel concept...but to navigate ourselves strictly on the new earth (crystalline) grid, which exists all around us now, pulsating with pure potential and while waiting to express its infinite intelligence thru our shiny new stellar bods.


From Service to Creation

"One further point that we would like to make with regard to this life-changing transition is that each of you are fully in control of your destinies now.  It is no longer a place of coming together to create for the good of mankind, to fix what's broken, but a place of coming together to create from deep passion, from the unrelenting desire to make manifest your YOUnique contribution to the planet thru the pure reflection of your soulular self."

We are finally at a place of fully expressing our divinity in a way that expires our old (clearing) contracts and deeply embedded programming that we are here to "save the world".  There is no saving or service required any longer….we are simply here now to share the part of ourselves that will, by default,  uplift others.  The shift is important here because when work from a place of "saving", we are holding on to the very paradigm that we are now breaking free from.  NoCanDo.

The unseens want us to deeply understand that the new-earth pioneers are shifting from service to creation, which is a completely different energy construct.

Any need, desire or impulse to "save" the falling world comes from a polarized mind, lends energy to chaos, keeps us attached to the outworn and therefore restricted from our ability to create on the new timeline. Remember those words of one famous Albert Einstein...“Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them”?  It applies here.  As the outside world continues to spiral into chaos it is imperative that we push thru to a higher level of thinking by remembering that lasting change only comes when we transcend the energies that created it.

We are here now to create a new way, to create a new world... to use inspiration as our weapon and love as our shield.  And there is no turning back.

Dance with the Divine

"Understand this...there is no longer a gap between who you are and who you want to be."  -Seven Sisters

So the past and the future are merging and we are beginning to operate from still-point, where the universal elixir of creation resides.  Its an odd sensation really, like we are no longer participating in our lives, but with them.  And nothing outside of the moment can hold our attention for very long.   Accessing anything outside of the present is growing in futility which means we are no longer operating from a place of what will be, but what is....and as well, we are shifting from the mental understanding of ascended living to the sensation-based experience of it.  This has yet to sink into our full-body awareness, but it will.

As a result of this merging, we are no longer those beings who are here to teach thru information alone…we are here now to teach thru the integrated, embodied understanding that can only be achieved thru first hand experience, and is wholly contingent upon our ability to create our inspired visions on the blank canvas that is now laid before us. When we do this effectively, the universal forces of creation come rushing to meet us…not because we have summonsed the force, but because we have become the force. As we merge with these forces of creation thru the sheer magnitude of our presence, we become one with the flow of divinity thru sacred union...and as these energies move us to act, to create, to speak, to dance, to sing, to love…all in perfect allowing...only then we will understand the true meaning of co-creation. 

This sacred dance works thru mathematics and geometry...which I will probably delve deeper into thru future writings... but for now, know that these sacred sciences are fully at play.  In the past, separation-creation was a combination of sacred science mixed with human will and using universal hologram technology (3d matrix) specifically designed for this interplay.  But now, in the fluid fields of morphic resonance, the power of these sacred sciences are pure and instantaneous.

"Those in the collaborative cosmic dance with the divine will be presented with opportunities to take part in the creation of new earth.  You are the builders, the planners, and the architects of an ascended earth.  We wish for each of you to grasp the enormity of your contribution thus far and especially as you step forth to apply your creative, sculpted vision into the world at large.  You hold dominion over the new earth...you are the fiercest of warriors, the pioneers, and therefore the guardians of Eden." 



Bridge Portals

The new-human (crystalline) prototype that the warrior brigade is beginning to embody is designed to work/communicate strictly with the intelligence of the new (crystalline) grid …without participating in the old world dynamics…which is why it is so essential that this group no longer attach to the falling world.  This also means that the interconnecting points of old-world versus new world (sacred living) will be fully protected by vortices, or forcefields of energy so as to secure the portals to new earth dwelling spaces from those who are not yet fully reconnected and operating from a place of pure heart resonance.

This is not a separation based tactic, per se, but rather a safeguarding of sacred creation as well as forces of protection for those who are not yet prepared to handle such high frequencies. These interconnected grid points will serve as the bridge portals for souls to walk over, both for souls who have ascended into triality consciousness to access duality, and for those ascending duality consciousness to access triality.

These portals will serve as anchors of higher dimensional energy for the dismantling world and offer healing to those who feel called to serve.  It will be up to those who have entered fully into triality (christ) consciousness to act as the gatekeepers and to work with these sacred portals in a way that will support the new-human and the new-earth.

For those of you who are already participating with these sacred portals between dimensions you will be coming together with many more to broadcast these energies in physical locations that support the bio-energy dynamics required to uplift humanity to a sacred level of coexistence. More on this to come...


World Without Limits

One morning a couple weeks ago I heard these words ringing in my head…"Are you REALLY ready to be, do and have it all?" 

In the past when I heard those words, they scared me....it felt too far away and too overwhelming to grasp.  But this time I remember thinking that I don't even know what that means anymore…that I am so beat up far removed from any concept of wanting that there was suddenly no context for that question. 

Right after I formed that thought in my head, I heard…"Well then, congratulations is definitely in order."

Which inspired me share, with kind permission, this crystal clear analogy from an email I received from a reader:

"I feel like Janus at the portal, with the ability to see into both worlds. 

The old world I feel so intensely because it feels more and more repulsive in the strictest sense of that word.  I find myself looking at things and going, "I remember that" and yet it's something that the masses are still up to and yet it feels like eons ago to me, like remembering something from childhood that went out of style and is no longer around but you might see in an antique store or something.

And the new is so very exciting.  It feels so appropriate that it is springtime now as that goes with this feeling, this anticipation of something wonderful unfolding, with little hints and evidence here and there.  And yet what is so strangely prickly about the new that is coming is not knowing what to expect and not in the typical "can't know the future" kind of way but in more of a 'So, just what does one wish for when there are no limits?' "
