With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew to share our elation about happenings in your world. A week ago the United States celebrated its Independence Day, and like other occasions in that country and significant times in many others, fireworks are part of the celebrations. What we are seeing can be equated with the most spectacular of your fireworks displays as innumerable sparkling lights constantly are shooting out from Earth into the heavens—this brilliance is a most exhilarating and heartening sight to behold!

No longer slumbering unawares, myriad souls are responding to the intensifying light along Earth's ascension route into increasingly higher vibrations and new alignments with other celestial bodies. Now in concert with all other lightworkers—you who know that you are and the many millions who do not yet identify themselves as such—these new "sparklers" are radiating their light to all persons around them.

Before we proceed along that line, let us speak a bit more about the United States and its intended significance on a global scale. The framers of the document proclaiming that this land was a nation independent of British political rule did not realize that they were acting upon God-given inspiration and not only their own convictions about the rightness of their actions. The higher purpose of that inspiration to unite the colonies was to create a nation where unlimited opportunities greeted peoples from all countries, a land where differences not only were respected, but encouraged for the benefit of all. The United States was to be the country where the combined skills, talents, resourcefulness and innovative ideas of all its residents would prove to the rest of the world that under wise and fair governance, free peoples live in harmony and prosperity.

However, it was but for a fleeting instant, historically speaking, that the citizenry of that nascent country were free. The aim of the Illuminati, which had built the British empire, was to increase, not decrease, their bases of influence, and the injustices that gave rise to the Revolutionary War simply went underground, so to say. From the time that the first disparate groups of colonists landed anywhere in lands called The New World, those who were of dark heart and mind and later came to be called the Illuminati wanted to control the western continents, thereby widening their highway to world domination. Because God must honor Creator's law of free will, the free will of those dark ones prevailed and the beacon for the rest of the world that the United States was intended to be never "came to light."

Only now, more than two and a quarter centuries after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, is freedom actually going to be achieved in the United States and all other countries. As the light revealed the darkness that was perpetrated and perpetuated by the Illuminati, it also has focused world attention on peoples long oppressed by dynastic and despotic rulers. When Earth reaches the threshold of her Golden Age at the end of your next calendar year, every soul on Earth shall be free, and the growing numbers of lightworkers are leading the way.

With joy we tell you that among the new "sparklers" are defectors from the ranks of the Illuminati who "saw the light" and with enthusiasm embraced it. Although others who left did so for self-serving reasons—seeing that the Illuminati is in its death throes, they want to appear as never having been associated with that group—the results nevertheless are positive: No longer are those persons deterrents in areas where formerly they stalled or prevented reforms, and they may become receptive to the light.

Peak members of the Illuminati who are not yet willing to accept that their power has eroded beyond any possibility of recovery still wield enough influence to slow but never halt the progress of the light forces. Also many good souls still are stuck in third density mentality, oblivious to the reality that they chose to actively participate in this era that is unprecedented in the universe.

It is fervently hoped that all souls will welcome the light as old systems give way to the new and our space family assists you in restoring Earth to her original health and pristine beauty. However, every person has the free will to receive the light, which they chose to do in their soul contracts, or to repeat this lifetime's experiences in some other third density world.
Regardless of how many become enlightened about their true selves as inseparable aspects of God and all other souls, the long ages of duality in your civilization are almost over. The dominant masculine energies that kept war, brutality and ruthlessness surging through millennia are being balanced by the inundation of feminine energies, and within balance there is only light.

Now then, it is immensely gratifying to us that lightworkers who once were distressed by the delay in official recognition of our universal family no longer need that as proof that Earth's ascension course is steady and apace. The optimal time has not yet come for a public announcement about other civilizations, especially that some of them have been in your midst for years, or for landings of the crews whose crafts are surrounding the planet. At this juncture, a primary consideration is the many people who have not completely experienced the third density karma they chose. In the excitement of working and living with extraterrestrial brothers and sisters, those people could veer from their karmic path and miss the opportunity to evolve into fourth density.

We don't know when you and your benevolent brothers and sisters will greet each other, but each passing day brings that grand time closer. In the meantime, you can feel joyous about progress in other important avenues. Although the recent dust storm in Arizona was manmade, incidents of technologically-produced weather have been seriously reduced in number and scope. This is not to say that attempts have not been made or that any future efforts will have no effects whatsoever, but none of the most devastating events of recent years and months will be repeated. Mother Earth will release the remaining negativity in ways that achieve that end without those kinds of severe repercussions.

And, in most areas where formerly chemtrails were prevalent, the skies now are clear. When some of the pilots, mechanics and others involved in those flights learned the true purpose of chemtrails—the toxic payloads were not to compensate for the hole in the ozone layer, but rather to sicken people and pollute air, water and land—they refused to continue working. Others who did know the truth participated willingly in return for handsome payment, but as funding dried up, they also left their employment. However, the most decisive factor in this situation is, some individuals who had ordered or financed the flights are among those who embraced the light, and those who want to keep chemtrails crisscrossing your skies have lost almost all means to do so.

It may appear that the light and the dark are at a stalemate in many other areas where dramatic changes are essential, such as governing bodies, national economies, environmental destruction, pollution, disparity between the wealthy and the impoverished, and victory for freedom fighters in countries where the peoples have been long oppressed. Relatively speaking, only a handful of individuals can bring about the ending of chemtrails and lessen diabolical use of technology, but reaching major international goals requires the involvement of many millions of your populace. While there is indeed very significant progress, much of it going on behind the proverbial closed doors, success on a global scale comes incrementally and more slowly than situations that can be quickly stopped or noticeably diminished. As Earth's journey in the coming months takes you into ever higher vibrations, you shall see more and more evidence that everything based in dark intent is meeting its end.

A measure of the light's progress that is known perhaps only to the affected persons is the many telepathic connections that are opening. We remind you that both light and dark entities are eager to reach you; protect yourselves with the Christed light and insist that only light sources may contact you. Although diverting attention from significant happenings still proliferates mainstream media and entertainment venues, cracks in those forms of mass mind control are becoming obvious to illumined minds. Disinformation on the Internet continues to be passed on by unwitting persons, so be ever more discerning about which information is true and which is not, and above all, do not go into fear about anything!

As an example, the celestial body your scientists named Elenin doesn't pose an iota of danger to your planet! This is another attempt to promote widespread fear by disseminating "leaked" information under the guise of "governments withholding information." Although that does imply that you cannot rely upon your leaders to tell you about impending danger, the intent is insidious: Be fearful!

The energy of fear forms a barrier between the feared object or situation and the energy of light, thus neither the light in the souls of fear-filled persons nor light sent to them from any other source can reach their consciousness to dispel the power that fear holds over their lives. The barrier acts like a prison wall, isolating persons within their fears and offering no way out. Furthermore, fear is such a magnified emotion that it strengthens the barrier's energy blockage and intensifies the force of whatever is feared.

And, fearful persons keep creating more fear-filled circumstances to deal with. Through the universal law of attraction, or "like attracts like," the energy streamers they send out attract "like" streamers and bring those back to the originating sources.

Not only is fear is wildly contagious, but due to its magnified power, fear sensation streamers have sticky edges that attract the kinds of energetic interactions that omit common sense, rational thought, sound judgment and wise decisions. Fear is so insidious that it can convince persons that the only way to escape is through portals that lead deeper and deeper into fear, and sometimes into darkness. Fear is the forebear of prejudice, tyranny, greed, bellicosity, deception, dishonor, hatred, and torturous treatment of helpless animals—all of those characteristics and behaviors arise from psyches that are twisted and tormented by fear.

Every physical form is energy fluctuating at one frequency or another and each form sustains itself by drawing in "like" energy. The make-up of ones with dark hearts and minds is fear, so the law of attraction draws to them the energy generated by fearful individuals who unwittingly provide the fuel that the dark ones need to sustain themselves.  Fear also is their most effective weapon against the light, and causing fear is a win-win situation for them. The very same energy that debilitates and holds captive those fearful individuals not only keeps refueling the dark ones, but people who live in fear are easily dominated, deceived and afraid to challenge authoritarian figures whose intentions and deeds are based in darkness.

So fear is potent indeed, but light is the most powerful force in the cosmos and people who live in the light never need to fear anything! What about people who are afraid of death? What you call death is that lightning-fast transition of the soul from the body to Nirvana, Earth's spirit world that many of you call heaven. In the light of that wondrous realm, people whose past lifetime was marked by fear prepare to be stronger and less vulnerable in their next physical lifetime, the next evolutionary step in the eternal life of their souls.

The Budwig Diet

The Budwig Center teaches the Budwig diet founded by German biochemist Johanna Budwig. The Budwig Diet has been successfully helping people with Cancer, Arthritis, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Multiple sclerosis, Heart Disease, Psoriasis, Eczema, Acne and other illnesses and conditions.

To start the diet, you will need to have 3 appliances:

A coffee bean grinder to grind the flaxseeds.
An immersion hand-held blender (a stick-shaped mixer) It's important to use an electric mixer rather than stirring by hand.
A Juice Machine. A masticating type juicer is said to give a more healthful juice than a centrifugal type. If you do not have this type of juicer the BUDWIG CENTER can help you locate one.


Budwig Diet Flaxseed Oil and Cottage Cheese (FOCC) or quark:

Generally, each tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil (FO) is blended with 2 or more tablespoons of low-fat organic Cottage Cheese (CC) or quark.

Note: Whenever Tablespoons are mentioned it is the standard US tablespoon which is the equivalent of the British "dessert" spoon.

1 US Tablespoon = 15 ml and 1 British Tablespoon is 18 ml - 16 tablespoons = cup and 4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup.

To make the Budwig Muesli, blend 3 Tablespoons (British dessert spoons) of flaxseed oil (FO) with 6 Tbps low-fat(less than 2%) Quark or Cottage Cheese (CC) with a hand-held immersion electric blender for up to a minute If the mixture is too thick and/or the oil does not disappear you may need to add 2 or 3 Tablespoons of milk (goat milk would be the best option). Do not add water or juices when blending FO with CC or quark. The mixture should be like rich whipped cream with no separated oil. Remember you must mix ONLY the FO and CC and nothing else at first. Always use organic food products when possible.
Now once the FO and CC are well mixed grind 2 Tbps of whole flaxseeds and add to the mixture. Please note that freshly ground flaxseeds must be used within 20 minutes after being ground or they will become rancid. Therefore do not grind up flaxseeds ahead of time and store.
Next mix in by hand or with the blender 1 teaspoon of honey (raw non-pasteurized is recommended)
(Optional) For variety you may add other ingredients such as sugar free apple sauce, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, chopped almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews (no peanuts), pine kernels, rosehip-marrow. For people who find the Budwig Muesli hard to take these added foods will make the mixture more palatable. Some of our patients have even added a pinch of Celtic sea salt and others put in a pinch of cayenne pepper for a change
(Optional) Dr. Harvey Diamond who wrote a book on the importance of "food combining" and other experts recommend not mixing fruit with other foods (they say to eat fruit on its own on an empty stomach and wait 10 minutes before eating other foods) If however you do not have any digestion problems you may want to add various fruits, especially berries fresh or frozen. No more than 1 cup of fruit should be added.
(Optional) Add ground up Apricot kernels (no more than 6 kernels per day). Or you may decide to eat these apricot kernels on their own


Nausea - Some people get nausea from the ground flaxseeds, to counter this by taking a small bowl of papaya immediately afterwards. Also put a lot of papaya into the morning muesli too, it may be there is a special enzymes in the papaya that quells the nausea.

The Basic Rule with the Budwig diet is "if God made it then its fine and try to eat it in the same form that God made it". Here are some foods that many are not sure of, but they are accepted on the Budwig diet.

Stevia, raw non-pasteurized honey, dates, figs, berry and fruit juices serve as sweeteners - no other sweeteners are permitted
Herbs in their natural form (pure nothing added)
All nuts (raw unroasted) are fine except peanuts
All seeds good, sunflower seeds are very complete and filling
Raw un processed cocoa, shredded (unsweetened coconut) and rose hip puree
Cup of black tea is accepted (coffee beans are toxic and not recommended)
Any flour is permissible as long as it's 100% whole grain. Corn is generally believed by the group to be an exception because of mold/fungus and genetic manipulation
2 or 3 slices of health food store pickles (no preservatives! - read label!)
Freezing cottage cheese /Quark as well as fruits and vegetables is ok.
VERY IMPORTANT: The flaxseed oil must always be kept in the refrigerator. It will keep for 12 months in the freezer. Arrange to purchase as direct as possible from a manufacturer (like Barlean's) and when it arrives put it right away in the refrigerator. Or arrange with the local health shop to keep a supply in the refrigerator for you.
Drink only distilled water or reverse osmosis water


according to Dr. Budwig

NO hydrogenated oils, NO trans-fats, (cold pressed sunflower seed oil is a better choice than olive oil)
NO animal fats NO pork (pigs are the cleaners of the earth and their meat is loaded with toxins. ham, bacon, sausages, etc should be avoided)
NO seafood (lobsters, clams, shrimp, all fish with a hard shell are cleaners of the sea and are loaded with toxins..)
White regular pasta is eliminated, as is white bread, (Spelt pasta and bread is a better choice than wheat as many cancer patients have an intolerance to wheat, whole Rye, Oat, Multigrain bread is good. Corn is very discouraged (because of mold and genetic modification issues).
NO ice cream or dairy products (other than the cottage cheese and some cheese)
NO cane sugar, white sugar, molasses, maple syrup, Xylitol, preservatives
NO processed foods (NO store bought pastries), make your own with our recipes
NO Soy products (unless fermented or used for 2 or 3 weeks at the beginning if you cannot tolerate the cottage cheese)
Avoid pesticides and chemicals, even those in household products & cosmetics. Good old vinegar, as well as baking soda are excellent household cleaners (look on the Internet for more info)
NO microwave, NO Teflon or aluminium cooking ware or aluminium foil. We recommend and provide during your stay at Budwig Center enamel cooking ware. Stainless steel, ceramic, cast iron, glass and corning cooking wear are fine.



Dr. Budwig warned against using her protocol in conjunction with other therapies that could go against the benefits of her formula. Oxygen therapies, Laetrile (Vitamin B17 injections), Vitamin C infusions and most supplements should not be combined with the program. Check with the Budwig Center if you are not sure.

I continue to hear that most of the Washington establishment is on 24-hour notice to flee the country when it all blows back in their faces. The Fox News scandal was not part of an insider plan, and it appears to be accelerating with stunning speed.

As a last-ditch effort to survive, I have heard the insiders want to do as many as 1700 different damaging events, coordinated all at once, through Al-Queda operatives in August -- after Ramadan, when Muslims are in their greatest patriotic fervor.

I do not believe this will succeed, and mentioning it is a good way to prevent it. For months now I've been hearing they plan to have everything come to a head in August, and now I see media evidence that these rumors were accurate.

Thankfully, we have powerful friends helping us -- and they've been here all along.

[UPDATE 11:00 AM: I DON'T LIKE BEING RIGHT ON STUFF LIKE THIS...

As those 5000 or so who saw this article when it first went up can attest, I wrote and published the above, and was all done with edits, by about 4:45 AM.

I woke up to see these headlines -- in which this specific prophecy, which I had heard very recently from insiders, had already started coming true:

I'm not sure what the connection is with the Prime Minister of Norway, but undoubtedly we will find out soon. These things are now being exposed at lightning speed.

It could just be an 'ordinary' event, but the timing is very (unfortunately) synchronistic with my just having posted about false-flag events of this sort.

This is all the more indication that these folks are willing to fight hard, all the way down. They are desperate. Each move like this is akin to a heroin junkie looking for one last fix. They will be exposed, rooted out and forced to stand trial, as we are now seeing.

Disclosure is not an easy battle... but we can win this. And we will.

YOUR LAST PLANETARY UPDATE by Karen Bishop

We have settled into a pattern with our evolutionary process (at least until things change a bit, and then who knows how things will unfold!). With so much cleared away in recent years, the last tendrils are now experiencing this pattern, as we are most assuredly all in this together. The pattern has been, and will be for a while, all about cleansing. 

Personal physical, mental, and spiritual cleanses will be ever present, as will the cleansing of the earth. The pattern manifests as a great pushing when the higher energies arrive, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, strangely hysterical, tense and touchy, and even as though we are swatting at some invisible flies. Boundary issues arrive as well, as everything is being ousted from its normal space by the pushing energies from above.  We may feel like crying, like there is nowhere that we remotely belong, and wonder where in the world we are. 

We may become depressed and feel very uncomfortable as so much darkness is up and out. Our surroundings may feel strange, we may be unable to interact with others (feeling bewildered and lost when we try), and our dreams at night may be very strange as well, as there seems to be anyone and anything showing up in them! And nothing, but nothing, feels remotely familiar. After a phase of "pushing,” we are then in a new space, if ever so slowly having arrived there in small and incremental steps. We break through into new territory slowly but surely, arriving in spaces and with interactions that begin to fit us so much better. 

So then, after a pushing and cleansing phase is over, we may feel great! We connect to the new in rapid time, anything we think about shows up instantaneously, and there is more love and caring present than in times past. As we slowly but steadily push out the old, the new arrives, whether in physical form or in regard to the new heart energy that the new world will center around. Empty, fill, empty, fill, empty, fill. 

This will be the pattern for quite some time. So even though we may be feeling empty, shallow, hollow, and like a cardboard cutout, we are simply emptying out in order to embody more of the heart energy. When the light arrives from above, it magnifies everything that still exists. In this way, what is left of our personal imbalances, or rather where we are not total heart energy within ourselves becomes over-exaggerated and comes to the surface. If we are a domineering person, we become VERY domineering. If we like to be in charge and dictate, we become much more of that trait. If we like to share news, we cannot seem to shut up about whatever is occurring around us. If we are a communicator, we begin to jabber away like a rambling broken record! 

And if we like to assist others, we OVER assist and cannot keep centered and still. These higher energies that magnify so much, are also creating the "too busy to keep up" experiences as well. In time, many will find that being so busy is far too stressful, and this will assist in bringing about the many changes that are needed on the planet. We will once again return to simplicity and to what is really and truly important. And know that feeling invisible is still a fundamental experience of the ascension process! Eventually, after much of everything is cleared away, the heart energy will comprise the dominating energy that all of us embody, and after this occurs, things will really begin to snowball with the love energy taking over the planet. But until we reach this threshold, be prepared for cleansings and more cleansings to arrive.  I have enjoyed bringing forth these messages for so many years, and promised I would continue until I culminated and ended my prior calling with this last book, Heart in the Night...so in this way, I continued a bit longer than anticipated (my guides were very adamant that this book be released before I moved on!). This work for me then is now complete. (My new space and new endeavor is contained on the Gama Books website.)  As we begin to find our own ways within this new and different structure, we will soon come to find that there are new spaces waiting just for us. Our old roles are now over, and God and the universe will always, but always, take care of us in times to come.
